Ella Watson is an intern at Wooster Square Advisors, where she is gaining hands-on experience in financial advisory services and our client-focused strategy. She is a 2025 graduate of Fairfield University, where she earned a degree in Economics.
While at Fairfield, Watson was a four-year Division I student-athlete on the softball team, competing as an outfielder and contributing primarily as a pinch runner and defensive specialist.
From Cheshire, Connecticut, she balanced the demands of high-level athletics with academics, developing strong discipline, teamwork, and time-management skills that continue to support her professional growth.
